What are some of the main reasons you listen to people?
Throughout this course, you will have many opportunities to respond to other people’s opinions and comments. After you have completed the Reading for the week, respond to the questions below.
Listening is a skill and the more we practice it, the better we become. By understanding our own listening style and our motivations for listening, we also have a chance to overcome barriers that might keep us from using active listening.
