Briefly explain two of the Contingency theories of leadership (Fiedler,
Hersey and Blanchard, Robert House). Which theory do you feel is the most useful? Why?

What do you believe is the difference between a Transactional and a
Transformational leader; between a Charismatic and a
Visionary Leader

Describe a “Leader” you have known and explain why this person
