In virtue ethics, one question we ask is—what is your Ultimate Telos? What is that toward which your entire being is ultimately oriented? Do you think that you have an ultimate Telos? What do you think your ultimate orientation in life is?

1. Set your alarm for 5 minutes and see if you can sit quietly with your eyes closed and
focus on your breath.

8. What virtues do you practice regularly? Think of a couple of examples.
9. What virtues would you like to cultivate? How could you cultivate them?
10. What is one habit that would lead you to virtue that you could begin cultivating?
