What do you think about this framework for Entrepreneurial Governance? How would you use it if you wanted to? Also, what were your other take-away’s from the course?

Entrepreneurial Governance, a philosophy based on the advocation for public sector (non-profit) agencies, government institutions, for-profit business, and units of governments. Entrepreneurship and building framework elements include knowledge, innovation, opportunity, and implementation, which opens room for critique against entrepreneurial governance/public management. During this class I gained an abundance of education on an array of topics, such as Framework, Risk Aversion & Risk Culture, Unethical Behaviors, Five Common elements, Governance, Collaboration, Service Provision, Street Level Bureaucrats, New Public Management, etc. As well as public entrepreneurs’ stance within the government, and on professional level should act and think on an entrepreneur level by aiding to build relationships, gaining resources, and making deals across the sector lines. A future goal of mine is to framework my own public sector local government program, to assist the low poverty citizenry. Therefore, this class as assisted me tremendously with the knowledge and skill set on the governmental end to use during my future endeavors in entrepreneurial ship. Entrepreneurial meaning is more purposeful to me now, and I know an individual must take financial risk in hopes to make a profit. When you add governance on to entrepreneurial it makes governmental funded agencies look identical to non-profit and for-profit programs and/or agencies. Some take-away’s from the course, would be to gain a clear understanding of the skills I will need to formulate and operate as an entrepreneur local government program in different cultural environments. You cannot be an entrepreneur unless you know enough about the government and local sector in order to serve the public.
