Toxic Workplaces Responses.

Toxic Workplaces Responses.

It is the mandate of healthcare administrators to ensure that nursing processes are free from toxic practices since they oversee the overall operations in healthcare. Healthcare administrators must apply the ethically fit practices and provisions of the Holly bible to mitigate negative impacts.
Healthcare administrators should apply the propositions of second timothy (2:15) to instigate the subordinate nurses always to act morally and truthfully. Again, the healthcare administrator’s mandate is to make other nurses feel ashamed of their wrong deeds. According to Psalms 139, it is evident that God knows all our plans towards particular movements and deeds, and it is always good to act based on His deeds. As such, healthcare administrators should make it well known to the other nurses that engaging in toxic practices is immoral. Overall, a nursing administrator should encourage other nurses to avoid toxic practices since God is always watching them.
Among the toxic practices in the healthcare system is staring up conflicts as a result of hot temperament. According to proverbs (15-18), ethically minded employees should mitigate job conflicts by utilizing patience to calm conflict instead of acting as a result of a hot temper. As a result, healthcare administrators can avoid toxic practices in the nursing system by encouraging other nurses always to be calm and patient while solving issues (Porter, Grady, &Malloch, 2007).
In summary, it is evident that the verses provided, including Timothy (2:15), Proverbs (15-18), and Psalms 139, can be applied by healthcare administrators in mitigating toxic practices within the nursing system. Besides, the verses can be an essential tool for improving nurses’ performance, hence minimal instances of malpractice in the healthcare system.

Christian healthcare administrators have an important job when it comes to being a leader and a server because they have to be mindful of their energy that they are displaying in front of others. If they don’t display nontoxic behavior then that behavior begins to become contagious and everyone around will be acting in a toxic way not only to each other but to patients as well. When people in the healthcare industry act in a toxic way to their patients they could lose them which will mean they will lose money and get bad reviews. There are lots of ways that Christian healthcare administrators can lessen the negative impact on toxic performance. One is empowering employees by cherishing everyone’s viewpoint. It is important that leaders cherish their team viewpoints because these people work hard and want their voices to be heard and understood. Secondly, excepting accountability is very important for leaders to do because if they can show their team that they are able to admit when they are wrong then it will allow their team to do the same whenever they mess up. Lastly, administrators should build relationships so that they are able to encourage one another and help each other when needed. It is important for leaders to not display toxic behavior because it can be “devastating to the people you are working with in an organization and can ultimately lead to the dismantling of the organization” ( Zangaro).
