sections:

Socioeconomics
Age
Workplace/Occupation
For each selected determinant, include the following information:
Description of the statistics/epidemiology
Reasons for why the disparities exist
Strategies and policies to reduce inequities related to determinant
Success/failures of these strategies
3. Conclusions and Implications (1 page)
Bibliography (separate page as needed)
At least 10 sources from peer-reviewed material (at least 9 must be from peer-reviewed
academic journals)
