caught up in the minutia at the expense of the big picture. The only way to make sure your business
sticks around for the long haul is to periodically step back and look at things from a broader perspective.

A SWOT analysis lists the good and bad things about your business, both from an internal and external
viewpoint, by identifying strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O) and threats (T).
A SWOT analysis will push you to look at your ecommerce business's potential. You won't just examine
how your company is performing today, you'll investigate how it's going to perform next week, next
month, and even next year.
