In this assignment you will use the Organizational Change Chart provided in the link. Here, however, you will analyze a change process of a large corporation of your choice (some examples are provided in the directions above). Format your chart in the body of the Excel document that includes a title and reference page. Include the title of the company and the analysis in the notes section for each step in both parts of the chart. I’m looking for the rankings and notes/recommendations to be fully completed in both sections of the chart.
