Is there a social issue that you are particularly interested in that could motivate you as a consumer?

The link below is to an article from mid-2017 suggesting that data seem to support the
conclusion that consumers are willing to support companies that are socially
responsible or avoid companies that are not. Please submit a discussion post where
you share your personal experience as a consumer. Did you ever make a purchase
because of the social good being done by a company or did you boycott any company
because of social harm that it did. Are you likely to consider the "goodness" of a
company in the future when making purchases? Is there a social issue that you are
