In this Milestone, you will be discussing your alignment of values with an ideal organization

• In this case, an ideal organization is an organization within your field in which you’d enjoy being a leader. Essentially, what is your dream leadership role (CEO, COO, VP, Director, Regional Director) and within which company would it be (Apple, RCA Records, McDonald’s)?

1. First, explain (in one paragraph) your ideal values and discuss where these values came or will come from – you may not possess them now, but these are the values that you want to have as a leader.
2. Then, explain (in one paragraph) the values of your ideal organization.
3. Next, (in one paragraph) you will compare these sets of values.
   • Are they similar or different?
   • How will this impact you if they are similar?
   • How will this impact you if they are different?
4. In the next few paragraphs explain how you will use your values and the values of your ideal organization to lead.
   • How will your values impact your behaviors?
   • How will you organization’s values impact your behaviors?
   • How will these two sets of values working together help or hurt your ability to lead?
