The most beneficial food to my health is Salmon. Salmon has numerous benefits that cut across various health aspects such as regulating blood pressure, improving brain functioning, strengthening the immune system and reducing the risk of getting heart diseases. Salmon has omega-3 fatty acids that offer these health benefits, besides this food has proteins which provide health benefits
