  1. Your paper should include a review of the international and local literature for social impact bonds.
  2. Your paper should explore the possible policy, practice, economic and ethical implications of the application of a social impact bond model in your policy topic area, in the Australian context.
  3. Drawing on your analysis from your first assignment, discuss the potential and limitations of a social impact bond model for the specific group you identified in your first assignment.  If it is to work, why? If not, why not?
