Event Audit

Event Audit

The purpose of the event audit is to reflect on an event with the “eye” of an event planner. The event
audit allows you to reflect on an event that you have recently attended within the past two years. The
event audit asks you to review the event and then recommend changes that you feel would have
improved it.
Any event can be audited such as a wedding, an event at a comedy club, dinner party, birthday party, or
even a concert. (Note: A movie cannot be considered as a “live” event for the purposes of this
assignment.)
Please use the following outline in creating your evaluations. This must be in essay format 2-3 pages in
APA format. You MUST follow the format exactly as outlined below or points will be deducted. This
assignment is not due until Week 6, however I wanted to give you several weeks to get this done. When
you are ready to submit your Event Audit, please do so in Week 6.
