Each student will choose a managerial skill they wish to develop from the
lecture schedule.
Your LC/AP requires:
o a clear, concise and measurable aim (eg: what you are attempting to
achieve by the conclusion of the LC/AP)
o A rationale (eg: why you have chosen the skill)
o Pre & Post-test measures (eg: how you will measure your current skill
level and your level of improvement at the conclusion of the LC/AP)
o A table showing weekly action steps with (a minimum) five sourced
theories using academic sources (1 theory each week over a 5-week
period), briefly explaining the theory and an expected outcome
o A Reference List showing the (minimum) five cited sources in your
action steps.
