Describe the Customer Relations as demonstrated by E One International Limited

I’m doing my placement with a company called E One International Ltd. It is a
real estate agency and development of building projects in London. I have to
do first assessment which is identification of issues of interest and importance
to the placement organisation (you can find more about it in the red colour).
These issues can be about management, HRM, marketing, finance,
competition, customer care and any issues relate to this business. It is very
important to read second assessment task (in blue colour) because it depends
on first assessment and we will do it soon after submit it. I will keep in touch

Enterprise Placement
This unit gives you an opportunity to gain practical experience of the world of work and to develop
your skills operating within an organisation. You will be able to put into practice the knowledge that
you have gained so far in your course. The experience of a placement will give you the opportunity
to reflect on your future career and will serve as a useful experiential basis for your final year of
study. You will also develop key skills associated with the workplace through the development of a
project related to the operation, growth, and development of the organisation in which your
placement is offered.

The educational aims of this unit are to:-
• Provide you with a real and in-depth experience of working in an organisation
• Apply your academic knowledge in a “real world” situation
• Expand your understanding of organisations by observing practice within them
• Provide you with an opportunity to practice and develop appropriate key skills including
enterprise, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship.

Initial briefing sessions on preparing for work placement will include:
• Key workplace skills
• Understanding enterprise in organisations
• Exploring the business and economic context of Milton Keynes or other relevant location
During your placement, you will also attend workshops and sessions on-campus to develop your
skills in the following areas:
– Influencing and negotiation
– Networking
– Understanding change in organisations
– Presenting and defending a proposal for change
– Scoping your project
– Perspective taking and eliciting feedback on your ideas
– Reporting in a management context
– Advanced presentation skills

On completion of this unit you should be able to:
– Knowledge and Understanding:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the economic, organisational, brand and market
context and strategies appropriate to your degree study.
– Skills and Abilities:
Develop a strategy that if implemented, would enhance the organisation, based on the evaluation of
options and the development of an informed plan, identifying risks and constraints relevant to
specified objectives.

In order to pass the assessment you will need to:
Identify an area for development/improvement and present a number of valid options on the basis
of a creative approach to idea generation.
Provide a grounded analysis of the options presented as the basis for decision-making
Incorporate feedback from varied perspectives into the option set and its presentation
Evaluate options and associated information and argument in the context of a specified
organisational and external context.
Using the subject of your degree study, model solutions on the growth, sustainability, and operation
of the organisation.

Make a considered response to feedback on the basis of a thorough understanding of its drivers and
context.
Assessment methods
Preamble: This unit seeks to develop and promote the application of your academic skill set; your
creativity, your team-working and communication skills; and your employability.
Assessment tasks:
Assessment 1 – Identification of an issue of interest and importance to the placement
organisation, with a series of creatively generated and well-evidenced options for its progress
or resolution, including the perspectives of relevant stakeholders and/or a range of contextual
and organisation-specific information. Max 1000 words.
Assessment 2 – Model a range of impacts in relation to your chosen solution and provide a
soundly evidenced argument for the selection of this as best suited to the issue and the
organisation, and produce a report on that basis. Max 6000 words
Assessment 3 – Present the option selected, using a briefing document and an associated oral
presentation as the basis for discussion, responding to questions and challenges with
professionalism and an informed understanding of the potential impact and practical context of
its implementation
