Ethical Why’s: Why did the executives or leaders choose to act unethically? What was the first significant breech of ethics?Why did they take this action? Why did they take the subsequent actions? What kind of philosophy or thinking did the leadership and others apply towards the growing unethical trend?
Justice:What changed? Was Justice served? Are the perpetrators at it again?
