Explain the decision the leader made in this situation or the course of action they
took and why.
Explain the decision you would have made in this situation or the course of action
you would have taken and why.
Describe the consequences of the decision or course of action the leader took on
the group, class, team, etc…
Describe how your decision or course of action would have changed the final
outcome for the better.
This assignment should be no less than 250 words and no longer than 500 words. I look
