The success of any business entity is heavily dependent on the ability of the organization to attract and retain high-quality skilled labor which is becoming a challenge for most organizations. Most employees are no longer loyal to one company and it is common for them to change from one organization to the other in search of better working terms and environment. In order to deal with these challenges of disruptions due to employee movements, some organizations have introduced agreements within the industry that prohibit competitors from poaching from the other companies. There are also agreements between employers to collectively fix salaries of employees in order to prevent employees from leaving (Hittinge & Herrold,2018).
