This assessment gives you the opportunity to combine all of the Hospitality and Tourism knowledge that you gained  in previous subjects in this degree. This will enable students to apply learned hospitality and tourism theories and concepts to a business case within a safe learning environment. More importantly, this is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop essential group work skills that are such a necessity in today’s Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Students are to form groups of three to four members (no more), and your task is to prepare an action plan that aims at the implementation of one of the recommendations that you have proposed in your assessment 2. More specifically this action plan must aim at strategically solving the chosen issue. In preparing this action plan, your group should concentrate on the following:
1. A mission statement to serve a market.
2. A list of clear goals.
3. A list of objectives that are SMART.
4. A list and discussion of relevant tactics.
5. A timeline of action items and its alignment to the above-stated goals and objectives.
6. Proposed evaluation methods suitable for a review of this action plan for its effectiveness and validity. In creating this action plan, you will need to include images and any other visual aid that validates your research. You are required to reference at least 12 sources of information. These may include corporate websites, government publications, industry reports, census data, journal articles, and newspaper article
